Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to have an appointment?
Yes. You can book an appoint even up to the day you want to receive the service if there are available times, but you do have to book an appointment prior to receiving a service.
What should I do or bring to my appointment?
We only accept debit and credit card payments. You will receive a confirmation text within twenty four hours before your appointment with the direct address of our facility. Other than that, just bring the vehicle in the condition that it's in - we'll do the rest.
Can I leave my car or do I have to stay the entire time?
You can have someone pick you up, especially if you are receiving a long service or more than one service, and we will text you when your vehicle is ready for you to come get.
What kind of products do you use?
We use a combination of top of the line products, including Koch-Chemie, Sonax and Carpro. These are the products we have found that show the absolute best results.
